In Edens opinon making sure emerging artists have the right kit is essential. So when Dave Kellaway from King Creature came looking for something to make him standout we were delighted to recommend WT550's for the power and D610XST cabinets for the punch.
Dave took his newly unboxed World Tour heads and D-Series cabinets out on stage to open for The Stranglers and heavy rock legends Motörhead at the aptly named Eden Sessions in the UK and the rest as they say was history!
Learning to play the bass at the age of 14 Dave was inspired by the awesome sound of Pantera and Rex Brown's heavy groove and punchy tone. While Dave has played many styles of music in originals bands though his career he has never strayed far from his roots and passion for heavy rock music.
Dave says, "My goal in King Creature is to always keep a solid bottom end grove going whilst also being the front-man. The Eden sound is the sound I have been searching for, for years! It has a crisp clarity at the top end with a tight punchy middle and ground shaking low end that all blends to make a great tone."
